I had broke a safety chain on my dads 16 ft trailer by pulling it with a lifted truck with a big 8 inch drop down hitch. Also none of the lights worked, wiring was all screwed up also, they replaced both safety chains with longer more beefy chains and beefy hooks, fixed all the wiring issues. They also put LED lights all around like I asked them to. I was expecting a pretty big bill, all that work and new parts only cost me like $130 I will continue to use Thibs trailers, I was very impressed with the work, parts, and especially customer service, these guys are awesome!!!

The guys here are beyond exceptional when it came to customer service. Well we can only speak for Daniel and Ben because they were the only ones there and that helped us. We couldn't find anyone else to help with our hitch on our motorhome. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond and we cant thank them enough for working after closing to take care of us. We need more folks like this. Thank you all so much. We truly appreciate it.

Saturday morning at Isle of Iberia RV Resort we attempted to hook up our fifth wheel. The spring on the hitch was disconnected. The manager at the RV Park recommended Thibs Trailer. We called and were told to come on over. Quickly we were fixed and back on the road. They were courteous and knew exactly how to fix our problem. We recommend them highly.

Fast service

Had issues with a trailer tire while travling. They had what we needed and waited after they were supposed to be closed for us to get there. Not only did they have what we were looking for, help us over the phone and wait after close time leading into a holiday weekend the price of the wheel and tire were extremely reasonably priced. Very happy with the service we got at Thibs.

Wow what a great experience here. We are traveling across the country and had trouble with the wiring between our motorhome and tow car and these guys bent over backwards to get us in and out of their shop.
